字甫元，1960年生于沧州。现为河北省美术家协会会员、工艺美术师以及云峰画苑专业画家。自幼酷爱绘画艺术，1978年毕业于河北省工艺美术学校，得许鸿宾先生真传，先后在中央工艺美院、鲁迅美院进修学习。

其功力扎实，经过长期不断钻研，在表现手法上既吸取传统精神，同时大胆创新，形成了自己独到的绘画风格。他的工笔画以猫、狗、虎等走兽见长，表现手法自成一派，独创的丝毛手法有别于传统工笔画法，具有极高难度。尤以工笔猫享誉画坛及收藏界，并被艺术界人士誉为当代工笔猫第一人。

一系列各类题材的绘画作品先后被选送中国各地等展览，亦先后获奖、刊登及获多个机构收藏。近年作品连续入选香港佳士德国际拍卖行拍卖，开始引起海外收藏界的关注。云峰画苑为其举办了其个人展览并于全国巡回展出，以及出版个人画集《邢诚爱作品集》。近年受杨柳青等国家出版社重视，先后出版了多本画集和工具书，受到全国艺术爱工作者和专业画家欢迎，创下多次再版纪录，在全国学术界及艺术界产生相当影响力。

Alias
Fu Xuan, Xing Chengai was born in 1960 in Cangzhou , Hebei Province. Currently
he is a member of the Chinese Artists’ Association, Hebei Branch. He has been
interested in painting since childhood. In 1978 he was graduated from the Fine
Art Academyof Hebei, and studied painting under the guidance of master XuHongbin. After
graduation he advanced his studies at the Central Academy of Arts and Crafts
and Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts. Xing is unceasingly studying and forming a new expressive way of which it absorbs the traditional and bold creativity. Xing specializes in Gongbi style (fine brushwork) cat, dog, and tiger. His animal works are characterized by a sort of
distinctive brush-texture and quality of fur, which are distinct from other
artists’ works. Some of his paintings have won various prizes at national art expositions. His works
can be found in corporate and private collection at home and abroad. His
published art albums include “Fine Arts Collection of Xing Chengai”, “Contemporary
Chinese artist textbook - Painting cat through the style of Gongbi” and so on.
