1963年生於重慶。
廣東省美術家協會會員。1987年畢業於西南師大美術學院油畫專業；1987-1992年任教於重慶三峽學院美術系；1992年遷居珠海，成立了德斌繪畫藝術創作室，其許多作品被海內外人士收藏。他終於找到一條屬於自己的藝術道路，非常可貴的是，他在自己開拓的道路上，憑著才智和辛勤努力，僅在短時間內，巳取得相當的成果。尤其是荷花系列作品，他經過反覆研究和實踐，摸索出一套表現荷花之潔靈、高雅氣質的藝
術語彙，既發揮了油畫技巧善於表達光和色彩的優勢。同時又吸收了中國水墨畫善于表現的空靈和意趣。使作品具有鮮明的個人風格，且有著強大的生命力。

Jiang was born in 1963 in Chongqing City.
In 1987 he graduated from the oil painting department of the Southwest Normal University. From 1987 to 1992 he worked as a teacher at the Sanxia Science and Technology Institute. In 1992 he moved to Zhuhai and established his studio. His work “ Colorful Melody” was shown at the Fifth Watercolor and Gouache Exhibition. “ Sunshine” was displayed at the First
Guangdong Watercolor Exhibition. In 2001 he was invited to a group show held in Zhongshan city. In 2001 he held his solo show at the Liu Yaxuan gallery. Some of his works have been in private and corporate collections at home and abroad.

生命本就如歌般充滿著旋律，作者從荷花盛放時最燦爛光芒四射的一刻,進而刻劃荷花凋謝後卻結出了美麗的果實—蓮蓬,蓮蓬孕育著蓮子, 蓮子又會成長為新一代荷花。 喻意生命的旋律:生生死死、因因果果、循環不息。耐人尋味。

Life is full of cantabile melody. Author describes lotus in a full bloom state under the most brilliant sunshine. After the flowers fade, fruit ripes.
